We are building a future-proof Government

Together with public sector organizations, we develop flexible digital infrastructure and citizen-centered services. At the same time, we work with policymakers to strengthen the government's digital state capacity.

Our values

Start from real user needs

Government services must work for the people they’re meant to serve. That means working across silos and designing with users, not around internal processes.

Adapt and learn

Big projects cannot be planned to a tee. We support small teams to start small, test early, and learn as they go. Delivery is the best way to reduce risk.

The whole system in the room

Policy, implementation, and technology must move together. That means less paperwork, more prototypes. Only by showing things to citizens early do you find out whether something is desirable, feasible, and understandable.

Technology is never finished

Google didn’t lay off its developers in 1998. Teams must own their product and continuously improve it. That prevents outdated tech, expensive modernization projects, and organizations frozen by legacy systems.

Doing more with less

Digital transformation doesn’t have to mean budget overruns. Small agile teams help avoid major IT disasters. And because we’re an ANBI‑foundation, all funds flow back to citizens.

Transparency as strength

Problems don’t get solved when they're swept under the rug. We believe in a government that sets measurable goals, is open about progress, welcomes dissent, and makes publicly‑funded software publicly available.
